Send your product, specification, quantity and destination through our quote form, email or WhatsApp.

Quotation
We reply within 24 hours with a detailed offer — FOB, CFR or CIF — including packaging and shipment window.

Samples & specs
Product specification sheets, photos and physical samples (courier) so you can approve quality first.

Contract & payment
Sales contract / proforma invoice with agreed terms — advance T/T, balance against documents, or L/C at sight.

Sourcing & processing
Produce is harvested or drawn from stock, then cleaned, sorted, graded and treated to the agreed specification.

Quality inspection
In-house quality checks plus optional third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas or your nominee) before loading.

Packing & labelling
Packed in your chosen bags or cartons, with your brand and labelling in English and Arabic if required.

Shipment & documents
Container stuffing, customs clearance and dispatch by sea or air; original documents couriered or sent via bank.

Shipment tracking until arrival, and a dedicated contact for feedback and your next order.
Commercial terms
Incoterms & payment options
FOB
Free On Board — Karachi / Port Qasim
We deliver the goods loaded on your nominated vessel. You arrange freight and insurance.
CFR
Cost & Freight — your port
We book and pay ocean freight to your destination port. You insure the cargo.
CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Freight and marine insurance to your port are included in our price.
CPT / Air
Carriage Paid To — airport
For air-freighted mangoes and fresh produce to your airport.
Payment terms
Advance T/T with balance against scanned documents, or irrevocable L/C at sight from a first-class bank. Terms are agreed per contract.
Typical lead time
Rice, salt & fodder: 7–15 days from confirmed order. Fresh produce: per season and booking — plan mango and kinnow programmes early.
