Quality control
Four checkpoints between the farm and your port

At source
Orchard and field selection, harvest maturity checks, and raw-material testing for moisture, grain length or protein before we commit to a lot.

Processing
Cleaning, washing, sorting, sortexing and grading; hot-water treatment for mangoes, waxing for kinnow, and fumigation for dry commodities.

Pre-shipment
Final inspection against the contract spec, with photos and videos shared with you. SGS, Bureau Veritas or your nominee can inspect on request.

Loading & transit
Pre-cooled reefers at the correct set-point, container photos during stuffing, seal numbers and temperature records for fresh produce.

From 200 g retail packs to 1-tonne jumbo bags
We pack to suit your market and your customers — plain bulk for re-packers and processors, or retail-ready under your own brand with bilingual English / Arabic labels, barcodes and batch coding.

Documentation
Certificates & documents available with your shipment
We prepare the documents your customs broker and bank need — correctly, and on time. Requirements vary by product and destination; we confirm the exact set with every contract.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by the Department of Plant Protection (DPP), Government of Pakistan, for fresh produce, grains and fodder.
Certificate of Origin
Issued through the Chamber of Commerce — required for customs and preferential duty.
Fumigation Certificate
For rice, fodder and dry commodities, as required by the importing country.
Hot Water Treatment Certificate
For mango consignments to markets that require HWT.
Quality / Weight Inspection
Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or a buyer-nominated agency on request.
Lab Analysis
Moisture, protein, NaCl or residue analysis from accredited labs on request.
Halal Certificate
Arranged where required by the buyer or destination.
Commercial Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill and insurance certificate (CIF).
