Questions importers ask us
What is your minimum order quantity?
For most products the minimum is one full container (20 ft or 40 ft). Mangoes and fresh greens can also be shipped by air from one pallet. Mixed containers are possible for retail-packed rice and pink salt.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
We quote FOB Karachi / Port Qasim as standard, and CFR or CIF to your nearest port on request. For air freight we quote FOB airport or CPT destination.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typically an advance by T/T with the balance against scanned shipping documents, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight from a first-class bank. Terms are agreed per contract.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send specification sheets, photos and videos for every product, and physical samples by courier for rice, salt, fodder and dry commodities. Courier charges may apply.
Do you offer private-label packaging?
Yes — we pack rice, pink salt, dates and mangoes in buyer-branded bags, pouches and cartons, including Arabic labelling for GCC retail.
How long does shipping to Saudi Arabia or the UAE take?
By sea, Karachi to Jebel Ali takes about 3–4 days and to Dammam or Jeddah roughly 5–10 days. By air, fresh mangoes reach Dubai or Riyadh the same or next day.
Can you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas or any inspection agency you nominate can inspect quality and quantity at our facility or during container stuffing.
